Esther Kaufmann (Jg. 1975) ist seit August 2009 wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin des Instituts für Bildungsmanagement und Bildungsökonomie (IBB) der Pädagogischen Hochschule Zug (PHZ) und assoziiertes Mitglied der Graduierten Schule für Economics and Social Sciences an der Universität Mannheim (Deutschland).
Esther Kaufmann studierte zunächst Psychologie an der Universität Zürich mit dem Schwerpunkt Entwicklungspsychologie, Kinder- und Jugendpsychopathologie sowie Neurophysiologie. Ihre Diplomarbeit: Die Antworttendenz der Sozialen Erwünschtheit und ihre Messung per Internet: Alterskorrelation und Beeinflussbarkeit, wurde von Prof. F. Wilkening und PD U.-R. Reips betreut.
Von 2007 bis 2009 war Esther Kaufmann Stipendiatin der Graduierten Schule für Economics and Social Sciences an der Universität Mannheim sowie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin am Lehrstuhl Diagnostik, Evaluation und Forschungsmethoden bei Prof. W. W. Wittmann.
Momentan arbeitet Esther Kaufmann auch an ihrem Dissertationsprojekt zur Evaluationsforschung: Flesh on the Bones: A meta-critical perspective on achievement lens studies, welches von Prof. W. W. Wittmann und PD U.-D Reips betreut wird.
